Potion No. 7

This Etsy customer went to both sides of the color spectrum. From cool greens to warm pinks. Helium is one of the most chunkiest pigments known to MAC. This is the reason why the hetchmarks look a bit bigger than the others. When pressed, it's much easier to apply and has this beautiful iridescent finish. Even though it's chunky, I use the same 91% isopropyl alcohol to bind it.

Her testimonials: "damn girl you are talented!!! those shadows are fantastic! thank you." and WOW! that is the only thing i can say besides amazing! these shadows are soooo rich and amazing!!! super fast shipping! thank you - Teresa (Houston, TX)

Little Twin Stars in Mid-Autumn

Lala from Little Twin Stars loves Autumn! With pinks, purples and blues to rich warm browns, oranges and tans carefully placed inside 2 x 15 pro pan palettes. Milk, Kitschmas, Lovely Lily, and Helium look like very similar in the jar but when pressed, you can see the difference. I will forever love this woman. She is the epitomy of MAC pigment collections (majority of this was her own). And to think, this is "only" 20.26% of the entire MAC pigment list in the sidebar. MAC created 153 colors and in total, she has approximately 35% of it pressed... with more pressed pigments to come. She is also the owner of the Neapolitan palette from back in May. (Not shown: Frost)

Her testimonials: "Another wonderful swap with Heather. My palettes arrived today and OMG do they look BEAUTIFUL. I would gladly swap with her again, and if you need pressed pigments I recommend everyone else to do the same." - Geri (North Charleston, SC)

Simplicity is the Ultimate Sophistication

As Leonardo da Vinci once quoted, "simplicity is the ultimate sophistication." This MUA/ST member is back for more and created one of my favorite combinations. For work, I typically use Coco Beach in the crease and Blonde's Gold as a lid wash with Naked to highlight. Something about Coco Beach is just breathtaking. It's not your common brown. I find myself grabbing for Naked 90% of the time (yes, it's that good). Very sophisticated quad.

Her testimonials: "everything is perfect thank you SO much.... I can't wait to swap again! I'm thinking of doing quads for my friends for xmas too. they are too pretty." and "Another great swap with Heather! She is one of the best swappers EVER and is so generous and caring. I can't wait to have many more swaps with her. Thank you!!!" - Brooke (Western PA)

Mix & Mismatch

This friendly JS member ordered an assortment of holy grails. She also got the last of my Sunpepper, one of the most requested. I have yet to figure out the secret behind pressing Sweet Sienna. What do I do differently? Since I heard it bled, I usually mix faster than normal but with a lighter hand. I also let it dry 1-2 hours so the blue soaks into the cloth (sometimes there's no blue at all, sometimes it's sparingly blue, sometimes it's saturated). It never stays on the eyeshadow in my experience. Goldenaire on the otherhand, it's always more pink than peach/gold.

Her testimonials: "My compact just arrived and it's absolutely GORGEOUS! I'm going out with my girls tonight for tapas and I can't wait to try the colors out! Thanks, Heather!...beautiful craftsmanship! I'll be in touch for another soon!" and "Seller was extremely informative, knowledgeable, answered all my questions promptly and shipped very promptly. But most importantly, the pressed shadows were gorgeous and impeccably made and packaged. I will definitely purchase from this seller again!" - Melissa (Milwaukee, WI)
